| The National AIDS Program conducted training for Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) service providers from March 26 to March 30, 2007 at the National Museum on Grand Turk. This certified five-day course was designed to increase the number of individuals qualified to use the VCT protocol to provide counseling for HIV in Turks and Caicos Islands. |
